FCB-1010 + EurekaProm for the Eleven Rack

The FCB-1010 is a great solution if you are looking for a MIDI footboard to control the Eleven Rack.

The prom included in the FCB-1010 can be difficult to program, and even once programmed some features may be lacking. Enter the EurekaProm by Eureka Sound!

The EurekaProm eliminates the need to do any programming. You simply install the eProm in the FCB-1010, choose the Eleven Rack Mode, and you are ready to jam!

The EurekaProm can control more than the Eleven Rack, it comes pre-programmed with modes for the:

• Avid Eleven Rack

Behringer FCB-1010 + Uno Eprom

The Behringer FCB-1010 midi controller is a great solution for the Eleven Rack.

The included Prom requires a lot of programming to work with the Eleven Rack, so a possible solution is adding the Uno eProm which adds extra possibilities too the FCB-1010.

There is even a pre-made Sysex file that you can download and load into the Uno eProm so you can start using the FCB-1010, UNO, and Eleven Rack in a matter of minutes.

New Eleven Rack Bundle and the Eleven Rack Expansion Pack (ERXP)

If you were one of the people who purchased the new Eleven Rack bundle that included the ERXP pre-installed, and it should also have included Pro Tools 9 with a free upgrade to Pro Tools 10; you probably noticed the the Eleven Rack Window in Pro Tools did not properly reflect the rigs of the Eleven Rack.

Some how Avid over looked the fact that you could not properly use the on-screen 11R editor because Pro Tools (since version 8.0.1) only includes the needed UI files for the base 11R amps, effects, mics, ect...

To be able to use the the on-screen editor with an 11R that has the ERXP installed you need the updated UI files.

Well Avid has responded by making the ERXP download available to everyone. Before you only had access to the ERXP installer if you purchased the ERXP from the Avid store or another retailer.

The Splawn Nitro has an enormous amount of bottom end, so you may need to tweak the bass to fit your needs.

Adjust GAIN to taste, the sounds I had to work with had alot of gain, so I modeled the Rigs to be close.
