Eleven Rack #2 Communication Error - Why it Happens and How to Fix it

A basic run down of this process is:

1. Close Pro Tools
2. Turn OFF Eleven Rack
3. Uninstall the driver (Programs and Features)
4. Uninstall the Eleven Rack entries in Device Manager
5. Restart PC
6. Install the Eleven Rack driver
7. Restart the PC
8. Plugin and turn ON the Eleven Rack
9. Restart the PC
10. Now you should be good to go.
